Welcome. CVViZ is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruiters, hiring teams, and staffing agencies. This article gives you a quick mental model so the rest of the help center makes sense.

Core concepts in 2 minutes
A quick mental model of how CVViZ is organized:
- Jobs — the open roles you're hiring for. Each job has its own candidates, screening questions, and evaluation template.
- Candidate Database — your full talent pool. Per-job candidates also live under each job.
- Hiring Pipelines — the stages a candidate moves through, e.g. Applied → Screen → Interview → Offer → Hired. Configured under Settings → Hiring Pipelines.
- Screening Questions — questions on the application form that filter applicants. Configured under Settings → Screening Questions.
- Vendors — external recruitment agencies who can submit candidates to your jobs. Managed under Settings → Vendors.
- Customer Companies — for staffing agencies, the client companies you place candidates into. Managed under Settings → Customers.

Where to go next
