A fresh dashboard, built around your day

Start with a clear view of your hiring activity and the work that needs your attention.

• Your priorities at a glance. See open jobs, applications awaiting review, interviews you scheduled, and pending offers in one place.

• Know what needs a follow-up. Find applications waiting for action, outstanding interview feedback, offer responses, and overdue tasks. Open the relevant records and create follow-up reminders.

• Plan today and the week ahead. Keep upcoming interviews, meetings, and personal tasks close at hand.

• Focus on the work that matters to you. Narrow your view by job, department, customer, or recruiter, where available.

• See how hiring is progressing. Explore candidate sources, offers, and hires from the dashboard, with details behind the numbers.

Set the pace for your team. Account admins can choose when application reviews, stage follow-ups, interview feedback, and offer responses need attention. They can also set when inactive roles and older candidate records appear for review, and whether to count weekdays only.

• Build your shortlist. Tag promising profiles and add selected people to a job or your candidate database together.

• Know before you go. See credit requirements before searching or revealing available contact details.

📅 Automated interview scheduling

Let candidates book their own interview, with less back-and-forth. Connect Google or Outlook Calendar and share a scheduling link so candidates can choose from your available times.

Set working hours, interview duration, and breaks between meetings. Candidates can view availability in their own time zone, and you can send scheduling links to several candidates in one go.

📝 Create screening forms you can reuse

Build a form once and reuse it across jobs. Choose your questions, arrange their order, mark essential answers as required, and preview the candidate experience.

Updated screening rules also make it easier to define must-have requirements and organize how responses are assessed.

Choose Basic screening or use Advanced evaluation for a closer look at skills, experience, education, and gaps against the role.

Add more detail to a basic profile using its resume when needed. Clearer progress updates help you follow uploads and evaluations while you continue working.

An improved career-page editor brings your branding and content into a clearer workspace. Adjust your logo, colors, cover image, fonts, and browser icon, and preview the page before publishing your changes.
