Understanding your plan and limits

What's included in your plan, what counts as a seat, and the limits that apply.

Your Billing page is the single place to see what plan you're on, how much of each limit you've used, and what add-ons are active. This article walks through what the page shows and how to read it.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Billing. You'll need the admin role or the View billing permission to open it.

The page has two tabs:

  • Plan (default) — current subscription, usage limits, and add-ons.

  • Invoices — billing history (covered in a separate article).

An AppSumo Redemption section sits below the tabs for users with AppSumo codes.

Plan header

At the top of the Plan tab you'll see:

  • Your subscription name (shown in uppercase, e.g. STARTER, GROWTH, PRO) — the exact name comes from your contract, not a fixed tier list.

  • An expiration date, or one of these labels:

    • Lifetime — for lifetime deals (AppSumo and similar).

    • Trial — for accounts on a trial plan.

    • Free — for accounts on the free plan.

  • An Upgrade Plan button on the right (hidden if you're already on the top plan or on a lifetime deal).

Usage & Limits

Below the header, the Usage & Limits card shows current usage vs. the cap for each metered resource. Three core limits always appear:

LimitWhat it countsAction

Users

Active users on your account

Increase Limit

Resumes

Resumes parsed and stored in your database

Increase Limit

Jobs

Active (open) jobs

Increase Limit

Depending on your plan, you may also see:

  • Automations — number of automation runs in the current cycle. Display only; no top-up button.

  • Advanced Parsing Credits — credits used by the advanced resume parser. Add Credits button.

  • People Search Credits — searches against the People Search database. Display only; not purchasable as a top-up.

  • View Contact Credits — credits used to reveal contact details from People Search. Add Credits button.

If a limit shows Unlimited, that resource isn't capped on your plan.

Add-ons

Below Usage & Limits, the Add-ons card lists:

  • Active Add-ons — what you've already purchased on top of your plan.

  • Available Add-ons — extras you can add. Each has an Add button that opens the upgrade flow.

Common add-ons include Multiple Domains (custom email sender domains) and Custom Careers Domain (CNAME mapping for your careers page).

Plan codes you may see in invoices

If you look at invoice line items or support replies, you may see short codes. The two main plan-type codes are:

  • PP — paid Product Plan.

  • FP — Free Plan.

Top-up / add-on codes:

  • UT — Users top-up

  • RT — Resumes top-up

  • JT — Jobs top-up

  • MDA — Multiple Domains

  • CNAME — Custom careers domain

  • API — API access

  • ADPC — Advanced Parsing Credits

  • PSVC — People Search View Contacts

Billing intervals

Plans and add-ons can be billed on different cycles. The interval shows up in pricing as one letter:

  • M — monthly

  • Y — yearly

  • Q — quarterly

  • D — daily (used for short trials and proration)

What this page does not include

A few things people often look for here that live elsewhere:

Need a limit raised right now?

Click Increase Limit or Add Credits next to the relevant row. The upgrade modal walks you through quantity, billing cycle, and payment. For full plan changes (different tier, different cycle), use the Upgrade Plan button at the top of the page.

If your contract is custom or you can't see the option you need, contact the in-product help widget (bottom-right of any CVViZ page).
