Resume Upload Report

See where candidates come from — by source, by recruiter, or by vendor.

Where to find it

Reports → Resume Upload. Menu label: Resume Upload.

What it shows

The default view is a pie chart of upload counts by source. The five sources CVViZ tracks:

  • App — uploads via the CVViZ admin app (recruiters dropping CVs in).
  • Mail — emails forwarded into CVViZ.
  • Vendor — submissions from external recruitment agencies.
  • Career Page — public applications via your branded careers page.
  • Other — anything that doesn't fit the above.

Three grouping modes

Tabs at the top let you switch grouping:

  • sources — the default view (pie chart by source).
  • recruiters — uploads grouped by recruiter (per-person breakdown).
  • vendors — uploads grouped by external vendor.

CSV export

Click Export to CSV. The export columns adapt to the active grouping:

  • First column: Upload Date.
  • Subsequent columns: one per source (App, Mail, Vendor, Career Page, Other) when grouped by sources, or one per recruiter / vendor when grouped that way.

This shape lets you pivot the data in a spreadsheet — daily timeline by source / recruiter / vendor.

Image exports

Standard dropdown: Export to JPEG, Export to PNG, Export to SVG.

Filtering

The standard date range filter applies; pick the window you want before exporting.

How to read it

  • Career Page heavy = strong inbound brand. Vendor or App heavy = sourcing-driven hiring.
  • Watch the trend over time — a sudden drop in Career Page uploads usually means your careers page or job-board distribution broke.
  • Compare recruiter grouping over a quarter for activity benchmarks per person.

Tips

  • Run weekly with a 30-day rolling window for a stable trend.
  • If "Other" is large, dig into individual candidates to figure out where they came from — usually a misconfigured integration.
  • Use the recruiter grouping to drive 1:1s — tie activity to outcomes.
