Building your careers page

Set up the public-facing careers page where candidates browse your jobs. Real panel structure and customization.

Where to set up

Settings → Career Page.

The page is admin-managed and exposes the public careers page at {JOB_SHARE_URL}/{url_suffix} (your CVViZ careers domain plus your workspace's URL suffix).

The Active / Deactive switch

At the top of the editor, an toggle controls whether your careers page is live. The buttons read Active / Deactive.

The 6 collapsible panels

The careers page builder has six configuration panels:

1. Integrate with your Website

Holds embed-code snippets for putting your CVViZ jobs on an external site. See Embedding the careers widget on your website.

2. Settings

Core configuration:

  • Company name.
  • Career page URL — the slug appended to the CVViZ careers domain.
  • Website.
  • Privacy / GDPR URLs.

3. About Page

Two rich-text blocks plus toggles:

  • About Company — rich-text. The candidate-facing intro.
  • Perks — rich-text.
  • Include about company in job details page — checkbox.
  • Include perks in job details page — checkbox.

4. Talent Pool

Configures a candidate-self-service "talent pool" application section on the careers page. Toggle on/off, set the section title and button text. The candidate-facing URL is /widgets/drop-your-resume.

5. Customization

Visual styling:

  • Theme color — primary color.
  • Heading color.
  • Buttons color.
  • Logo — uploaded via ImgCrop, max 2 MB, 3:1 aspect ratio recommended.
  • Cover photo — uploaded via ImgCrop, max 5 MB, 4.8:1 aspect ratio recommended.
  • Hide header and Hide cover — toggles to suppress those areas.
  • Job grouping — controls how jobs are grouped in the public listing.

6. Header (display)

Shows the active careers page URL(s) and the language selector. Useful as a quick reference and link source.

Languages / locales

The careers page supports multiple locales via the dropdown plus an array of available locales. Set the default and add more if you serve multiple languages.

Going live

Once the panels are filled and Active is toggled on, your careers page is live at {JOB_SHARE_URL}/{url_suffix}. Edits propagate immediately.

Tips

  • Match your main marketing site's color palette via,,.
  • Logo at 3:1 aspect ratio, cover at 4.8:1 — use these dimensions for clean rendering.
